Discovering our purpose, our identity and the place that God is inviting us to serve Him, are important steps for us as we join in with God’s mission in the world. SEED is an organisation committed to helping followers of Jesus make these important discoveries, to find out what they are designed for. Their aim is to empower Christians with the tools, training and support to make a difference in the world.
Over six weeks, ABC will be partnering with SEED in a pilot program that adapts their Purpose Discovery Course for a local church context. By the end of the six weeks we hope you’ll have taken significant steps to: CLARIFY how your purpose, identity and many roles fit within God’s purpose for the world. ALIGN the way you think and act, and the change you seek to create, with God’s purposes. ENGAGE effectively in society by creating change and being a witness for Jesus.
Participating most fully in this course involves engaging with weekly small group sessions as well. We have the privilege of Mike Pola from the team at Seed joining us to facilitate these sessions on 6 Wednesday nights from 7:30-9:00pm, starting Wednesday 8th September.
